The counsellor actually took the time out to get to know my daughter and the family, and this was so helpful to get the full picture. She actually really listened and was empathetic.
Now that I know this exists and is helpful, calm, and kind, I know if I have another bad patch exactly where to come.
It’s been good to have someone who listens and understands with no judgment.
